Returns Policy for Irish Customers
At Studio Dance Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations, and we're here to help.
Your Right to Return
In accordance with the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision within this period.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received them
- In their original packaging with all tags attached
- Returned within 14 days of receipt
Please note: For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or if the hygiene seal is broken. This includes tights, underwear, and other intimate apparel.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact us at studiodancewear@icloud.com with your order number and details of the items you wish to return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorisation.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order. As we're based in Ireland, domestic return shipping is typically quick and affordable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method in Euro (EUR).
Please note that the refund may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or colour, please contact us and we'll be happy to arrange an exchange. Alternatively, you can return the original item and place a new order for the item you require.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
