At Studio Dance Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations, and we're here to help.

Your Right to Return

In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision within this period.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received them
  • In their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Returned within 14 days of receipt

Please note: For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or if the hygiene seal is broken. This includes tights, underwear, and other intimate apparel.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Ireland unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for international returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method in the currency you paid.

Please note that the refund may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your payment provider. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order for the item you require. This ensures you receive your preferred item as quickly as possible, avoiding delays with international shipping.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Customs and Duties

Please note that for returns from outside the EU, you may be responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred. We recommend checking with your local customs office before returning items.
